At Ruda Cohen and Associates we work with organizations to identify potential high performers, those people who have the capacity and desire to excel, and then help you to coach those people through the ranks.
First, we work with you to develop the criteria upon which you can identify future leaders of the organization; the people who demonstrate both the current skill and the potential to perform well above expectations. Next, we interview and evaluate these individuals. We develop a profile which states how prepared an individual is in a variety of necessary management and leadership attributes. This allows us to provide systematic suggestions to management around developmental and experiential opportunities they need to be providing to their people to prepare them for future roles across the organization. In addition to providing feedback to management around how to best leverage and develop their top performers, we sit down with the individual and explain our insights in detail. We can then focus on practical ways to leverage their strengths and develop in needed areas.
